Luminati invest in new machinery for acrylic fabrication

Luminati invest in new machinery to make technical improvements.

Luminati manufacture a diverse range of acrylic display products ranging from Display cases, newspaper display stands and dump bins, retail merchandisers and display shelving, acrylic or Perspex furniture.

Luminati has recently purchased a new flat bed CNC router from AXYZ Automation.

This will enable the Company to produce acrylic, di-bond, foamalux and mdf products that require a tool change facility.

Nesting of the products will also improve by using a new software system.

This will allow more products to be cut from the material and less waste to go to recycling.

Luminati has also invested in a new bespoke extraction system.

The new machine will extract all of the swarf and dust from the work area of the new CNC machine.

This is making the working environment a much nicer place to work for the staff and shows that Luminati is a Health & Safety conscious Employer.
